Allset is a new app designed especially for those of us who don’t have much time to spend on the whole “restaurant process,” which includes waiting for a table, then for a menu, then for food and finally for a receipt…basically it includes a lot of waiting.
The startup, which has recently raised $2,35 million, wants to enable clients to book the table, order food, and pay for it even before entering the restaurant. Thanks to Allset, the table, food and even the check will be waiting for you, giving you a few extra minutes to enjoy your meal without rushing.
This application promises to cut the dining time in half, giving more comfort to customers and also increasing table turnover in restaurants. Users can enjoy using Allset for free, although the restaurants would have to pay 10% of every transaction they received via the app.
Allset is now partnering with over 200 restaurants in San Francisco Bay Area and New York City. With their new financing support, the app is planning to expand the service also to Los Angeles and Chicago.
