What is Julie Desk and How Does it Work?

There are no fancy features with little practical use – only pure functionality. What’s more, Julie doesn’t require you to install any software – you can access her by e-mail.
All you need to do is set up your calendar preferences. After that, whenever you wish to schedule a meeting, all it takes is to send her an e-mail or put her in CC. She takes over from there and informs your contacts about available dates. Once it’s done, you simply receive an invite. She can also cancel, reschedule and add new items to your agenda. Though it might not seem like a lot of work, these little activities add up and consume quite a lot of time, which is time you could save by delegating them to Julie.
NLP and Machine Learning
Julie relies on Natural Language Processing, so there’s no need to learn any special lingo to communicate with her.
