Stay Independent with SunnyBAG LEAF+

Stefan Ponsold, an Austrian founder, has the expectations of travel’s aficionados everywhere as, alongside his team, he has created a new and improved version of SunnyBAG LEAF+. It isn’t an ordinary backpack. Rather, it is a perfect solution for outdoor lovers and everybody who wants to use an independent electric power supply all around the world. If you believe in environmentally friendly energy supplies then you have to read on!

This product has the lightest (less than 200 grams) solar power system in the world. The creator uses the unique Triple-Junction technology. It utilizes thin-film solar cells made from amorphous silicon, which allows the production of power even when partially shaded. Each cell absorbs the blue, green and red light of the sun through the three layers of the cell. The amorphous silicon panel, combined with sun panels, achieves an increased power output of 6.2 watts.

You may be wondering how does it work? The solar panel converts sunlight into electricity. Due to the high efficiency of the SunnyBAG panels, the conversion process is particularly efficient. It means that, as long as the solar panel has contact with the sun, your mobile electronic devices are charging directly.

Still not convinced? SunnyBAG is made of an indestructible and robust material. It has a scratch and impact resistant surface. The product is weatherproof. Cold weather, rain, snow or wind aren’t a problem anymore. At the same time, this panel is highly flexible and can easily be attached, via its integrated hooks, onto backpacks, bags or tents.

Another great feature of SunnyBAG LEAF+ is that, with this gadget, you can charge many mobile electronic devices via USB port, such as smartphones, tablets, digital cameras, smaller video cameras, GPS and satellite devices, portable music players and more.

Ater a long time of improving and testing all around the world – from the North Pole to the African desert – Stefan and his team have made a product that’s ready to launch. The company is looking for funds on Kickstarter. Feel free to support them!
