Tinders New Way of Matching Users

Tinder, commonly known as a hook-up app, will now let it’s users connect their account with Spotify. This option is going to enable people to find their match based on not only Facebook pictures and interests, but also their music taste.

Even if you don’t use Spotify, you can search for your favorite song via the Tinder app and pin it to your profile so everyone can see. Connecting the apps offers even more opportunities: users can select some of their most beloved artists to be shown on their profile, so potential matches can be based on the information they share. Not only is it a new way of matching, it is also a great conversation starter!

This is a fantastic deal for both Tinder and Spotify since they can now collect even more subscribers who will start using Spotify thanks to Tinder, and vice versa. Music is something that connects people, regardless of their age or outlook on life…now maybe regardless of the Facebook pics?
